Meryl's Rosy Edge weapon has armor breaking value is 12, which is just a really high number that makes Meryl effective against shielded enemies. The greatsword's knockdown effect is also strong, even from Meryl's basic attacks.

This makes Meryl a Tanker character have high attack ability. However, her movements are very slow so it's very hard to beat the World Boss battles.

Create ice shield and increase defense

Raising Rosy Edge to 3 stars will grant Meryl one Ice Shield when switching to this weapon. This shield is equal to 10%HP, has a cooldown of 20 seconds and Ice Shield lasts up to 10 seconds.

The ability to break armor and Tanker is extremely powerful

The general strategy with this Build is deal more damage to World Boss shield with Rosy Edge. Uses basic basic attacks and its Blizzard attack skill to deal as much damage to the shield. Once you have enough charge for your weapon, change to Huma's Molten Shield V2 to Activate Seething Rage to destroy a large amount of armor from the enemy.

Switch to Negating Cube to open Omnium Wave to Removes debuff and provides damage immunity to you and your allies for 3 seconds. Then use Omnium Shield skill to buff a large amount of armor for you and your allies.

Prioritize star promotion for PvE

Meryl 5★: Upgrade Meryl to at least 5★ to increase armor break rate and self-heal, as well as gain Ice Shield passive when switching weapons to last longer.

Huma 3★: Upgrade Huma to at least 3★ to passively unlock a weapon's Strong Shield when using Seething Rage and increase dodge damage while in Shield form.

Zero 1★: Increase Zero by at least 1★ to deal damage and create a healing orb, which lasts for 20 seconds and restores HP of any ally picked up by 60% ATC.

Deal continuous damage with Ice Shell Debufff

How to build this focus on the element of Ice to continuously inflict Ice Shell on the opponent. Start each match using charged attacks and dodge with Rosy Edge to Apply Ice Shell Debuff on enemies your. Then quickly swap to Absolute Zero to continue the attack that breaks the Ice Shell, dealing explosive damage.

Both Rosy Edge and Molten Shield V2 are relatively slow weapons. To deal as much damage as possible. Let's focus on using attacks that dodge and swap between the two weapons when fully charged to unleash their powerful Electric Discharges.
