To Soldier 11, orders are absolute and she will do everything in her power to fulfill them. She is also willing to overcome all obstacles and confront anyone to complete her assigned tasks.

Soldier 11 will likely release when the game launches on year 2024. This character was announced in the Zenless Zone Zero TGA Announcement Video featuring the skills of all 15 characters.
