Raincoat Girl is a new NPC introduced in Play Together. She resides in The Plaza. She can be found near the subway station leading to Hometown. She is known for selling umbrellas, raincoats, and rain boots. She currently doesn't have any quests to complete. Please note that Raincoat Girl will only appear when it rains or snows on Kaia Island!
