Alice was recently announced as part of update 2.2 of Tower of Fantasy China as a new simulacra and weapon. The CN update will be released on 8 date of 9 year of 2022. InIt's unclear if Alice will launch on that date or if her banner will be released later.

Going with the CN chain, Alice could be released next year for the Global version. However, based on how Global Simulacrum is being released under a other order So far, it's anyone's guess when she'll make her debut.

Still Not much is known about Alice's weapon yet, except they are ice blades that can be used to slice enemies and perform amazing melee combos.

This weapon is perfect for short range attacks and possibly single target attacks based on the 2.2 CN Official Livestream update.

Although we have yet to confirm more information about Alice, she will most likely get through Limited Gacha Banner requires Red Nucleus to Roll her.

For now, we recommend saving some Red Nucleus give her if you want to use the first blades as a weapon in Tower of Fantasy.
