We will probably see Nilou after Version 3.0 comes out on August 24, 8, but not a playable character. There is no news if Nilou will be playable.

If Nilou becomes a playable character, maybe she will not in version 3.0! Genshin only posts trailers for Collei, Dori, and Tighnari. That means those three characters are the next character release.

Nilou's Weapon and Elemental are unconfirmed
